The amount of time and effort that goes into the restoration of these trains is unbelievable. A great place for railway enthusiasts and children of all ages. There are plenty of jobs where you can get your hands dirty volunteering I believe. It looks like they are short of hands. The Buckinghamshire Railway Centre is a great showcase for the UK’s industrial past and engineering heritage and centre of restoration. 27th July 2014.
