The media is full of how EVs will be the thing to rapidly phase out fossil fuel powered vehicles but the resources and environmental damage their extraction causes is often in far away lands away from the glossy marketing and advertising. There isn’t enough planet to go round so EVs are not the solution. Think about all those cars being delivered to showrooms at that moment
Think about all those cars waiting parked up lying idle at that moment
Think about all those cars waiting to be sold at that moment
Think about all those cars being recycled at that moment
Think about all those cars being repaired at that moment
Think about all those cars broken down at that moment
Think about all those electric cars charging at that moment
Think about all those petrol and diesel cars filling up at that moment
Think about all those new tyres being fitted to cars at that moment
And all in that same moment, yet more moments have passed
