We went to an open day at Bletchley park. This Harrier Jump Jet was already looking sad when we visited so I suspect that it’s in a worse state now unfortunately. These jets had short lifetimes and were not meant to sit outside for years on end. Bletchly Park was the principle location during WW2 for code breakers. Now it contains the National Computing Centre among its other attractions. The photo dates from the 2nd August 2009.
