Pretty House, Saint-Prex, Switzerland

Many older built Swiss houses remain and they are very pretty as shown by this in from the village of Saint-Prex. This picture dates back to the 26th of August 2010.

Green Embrace – Cartagena, Colombia

We took this photograph on our visit to Colombia during our one year backpacking trip. Cartagena, in Colombia, is a World Heritage site and this is clearly visible in the old centre. Buildings have been restored with great attention to details as is demonstrated by this beautifully restored colonial house .

The developers – shady looking characters

This is another illustration from my story Busy Bee and the Endangered Meadow. Some clever bees come up with the idea of disguising themselves as a rare and endangered species to stop Old Oak Meadow being built over with housing. The story is available from Amazon as an A4 printed version and ebook, https://www.amazon.co.uk/Busy-Endangered-Meadow-Paul-No%C3%ABl/dp/198320384X/, and as a 6″x9″ paperback, https://www.amazon.co.uk/Busy-Endangered-Meadow-Paul-No%C3%ABl/dp/B08BW5Y3CS/.

The UK has lost 97% of its meadows since the middle of the 20th century along with a large part of its farmland to unsuitable housing development all constructed around private car ownership. A truly unsustainable model for less than 0.1% of the global human population.

Seahorse – Cartajena, Colombia

We took this photograph on our first visit to Colombia. Cartagena, in Colombia, is a World Heritage site and this is clearly visible in the old centre. Buildings have been restored with great attention to details as is demonstrated by this beautiful seahorse adorning an otherwise simple door. Another day of reading and editing

I’m getting close to finishing Busy Bee and the Endangered Meadow. It has taken far longer than I had hoped but it is at a point where I have done all I can with it. Hopefully, at least the Kindle version will be available this weekend.Twitter image with story title

Busy Bee and the Endangered Meadow – a work in progress

Today I am working again on my story about bees and how they need to stop their home being built over with houses. I really want to publish this soon.
