After having spent one year backpacking around the world between March the 15th 1999 and March the 15th 2000 we picked up our life in England again. For a few years at least part of our life was lived in Shrewsbury. From there in a battered Renault 5 Campus we drove around the roads of Shropshire and beyond and often took our cameras. One day with the wind blowing the clouds across the sky we took this photo. I was waiting for the sunshine to arrive and for the brief moment that it was there my partner took the photo.
This is one of eight photographs that we made into a set of blank greeting cards. It was taken on an old Canon A1 35mm camera using slide film. The cards are available from our Etsy shop, https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/JunagarhMedia.
