Continuing on our walk round a part of London while using my DSLR on the 27th of March the first time since 2019. There were people around walking and cycling but it still felt really empty. The London Eye stopped and boats all moored up. The soul of London was and still is missing.
Basil is taking a break after walking along the River Thames. Near Chiswick Bridge he found a bench where he could slow down for a while. The book of Basil’s adventures is available from Amazon. It is a colouring book which means that younger readers can have the story read to them and colour in the illustrations that are within the text and repeated at the end of the story. Older readers might just want to read the story. The story is about a bear who dons a disguise because he wants to escape from a zoo and visit a funfair called Dizzyland.
